What kind of programs are generally prohibited?
- Any and all programs capable of sharing any form of data related to hole cards with other players is strictly prohibited, as are any and all programs that cooperate with each other on any basis.
- Any and all programs which may establish any (central) database about any player is strictly prohibited.
- Any and all programs capable of playing without human intervention (a 'bot') or which in any way, shape or form reduce the need of a human being to play themselves (e.g. an 'auto-folder') are strictly prohibited.
- Programs carrying out datamining (these may not take actual part in a game as a player, but as observers over a sustained period, in order to gather a undetermined, great amount of hand histories for future usage) are strictly prohibited.
- Any and all programs capable of providing any form of advice concerning how a player should decide on any step in any part of any game, as well as the possession of a simple slider by which agressiveness and tightness can easily be programmed is strictly forbidden.
How may I obtain a list of prohibited programs?

I would like to use a program that is not on either list. What should I do?
Please send an e-mail to support@mypokersite.com containing all information about the program. The e-mail should include the URL of the program's website, if it exists in any form. We will check the site and let you know whether we have chosen to permit its use or not.
Can I use a program to gather information about hands I did not play in?
No. You can gather hand histories and player data only from hands you actually took part in.
Can the above program list be subject to change?
Yes. In addition to our trying to filter out any new programs be become aware of, My Poker Site regularly checks and revises permitted and prohibited programs, to ensure whether or not these continue to fall within our terms of service. We also regularly revew and revise our terms of service and the definition of prohibited programs we use, and we may change any of these without further notice. These revisions can result in the actual reclassification of a program, i.e. these may be deleted from the list of permitted programs and added to that of prohibited programs or vice-versa. My Poker Site accepts no responsibility as regards notification of players about any of these changes. Players are responsible for regularly checking the lists themselves and for remaining continuously informed and updated about the current classification of any program they choose to use when using any of our sites and pages.
What are the measures taken by the site to motivate players to cease and sissist from using prohibited programs?
We scan for prohibited programs on our players' computers. In the event that we happen to find any prohibited program, we immediately warn the players and tell them which program is that. We ask them to shut down the program immediately. If they do, then it's allright. If not, we will prevent the My Poker Site client from running on their computer
Does the site look for any other running applications on the computer of the players?
Not at all. It is our role interest to prevent our players ant our site from programs that we think disturb the fairness and integrity of the game.
Does the site confiscate the account funds of the player running a prohibited program?
We reserve the right to confiscate the account funds of the player running a prohibited program, we will not do it that easily. We would like to educate and not punish our players. Still, we will confiscate the account funds of the given player if the player will go on running the prohibited program(s) even after several warnings.
